Role: Enter and maintain bottle data in the system.
Ideal For: Detail-oriented students good with spreadsheets.
Responsibilities:
- Log bottle counts from form submissions.
- Check for errors and duplicates.
- Keep leaderboard accurate.
Role: Maintain a community recycling bin and drop off collected items.
Ideal For: Middle school or underclassmen students.
Responsibilities:
- Host and manage a recycling box.
- Deliver recyclables weekly.
- Submit collection updates via form.
Role: Oversee local captains and communicate with leadership.
Ideal For: Juniors or seniors with leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Recycling Captains.
- Ensure bins are maintained.
- Act as a mentor + communication bridge.
Role: Lead outreach through newsletters, marketing, and digital content.
Ideal For: Students interested in writing, design, or media.
Responsibilities:
- Write/manage monthly newsletters.
- Create marketing materials.
- Post content online.
When a Manager graduates:
- Their Recycling Captain gets promoted.
- The new Manager recruits a new Captain.
- Keeps the system sustainable and student-led.
